The Mantra is Freedom, is a project started by Toronto-based writer and creator, Julian Legrand (@juliandlegrand)

Through the exploration of the self, the goal is to open up a dialogue with spiritual growth and freedom as the centering thoughts. Freedom can relate to any number of things, but on this website you’ll find things are generally separated into Financial, Spiritual and Physical freedoms, which will speak on a variety of topics from the pursuit of financial freedom to conversations and anecdotes on mental health, relationships and nomadic lifestyles.
